Wreck of the package freighter “Arthur Orr,” Silver Bay, Minnesota

The "Arthur Orr" was a 286 foot, 2,329 ton steel package freighter. It was wrecked at the mouth of the Baptism River on Lake Superior's North Shore. It was loaded with flour, copper and shingles.
