Duluth Steam Plant Construction, Duluth, Minnesota
New Duluth steam plant is under construction. It was planned from 1929, but took time to be realized. The central plant distributes steam to more than 200 buildings from 7th Avenue West to 11th Avenue East, from Canal Park to Fourth Street in 2010.
